Born in Olomouc on November 29, in 1954. Graduated from cinematography college - movie production, and the Janáček's Academy of Music and Performing Arts from theatre play production. He has been a professional background stage manager at ČT Brno-Bratislava/Prague (Czech television – Brno/Prague), within the framework of student work experience, director at Slovácké divadlo theater, director at Zlín theater and Městské Divadlo Bratří Mrštíků theater in Brno.

He is an owner of an advertising agency Aetna.
